Music Program At KTS
Music Therapist: Martina Chow MA, MT-BC
Solari began with a simple, powerful idea: that every person deserves the chance to heal, to grow, and to find their voice — not just medically, but musically, emotionally, and spiritually.
In January 2014, Martina Chow, a board-certified music therapist and graduate of New York University’s esteemed Master of Arts in Music Therapy program, returned home to Trinidad and Tobago. Armed with deep training and hands-on experience, she saw something many overlooked — a gap in our healthcare system where the soul and science could meet.
So she founded Solari — not just as a practice, but as a movement. A place where Trinbagonians could access the therapeutic power of music to express themselves, to learn, and to unlock their full human potential. Because when we invest in healing that reaches the whole person, we don’t just treat individuals — we uplift communities.
